High School Prospects

Week 10 featured another impressive collection of performances from our high school players, highlighted by a historic day at the plate and several dominant outings on the mound. 

Leading the way this week was Grady Cheever (17 Cardinal / Germantown), who hit for the cycle while going 4-for-5 with 3 RBIs. 

On the mound, several players turned in standout performances. Reece Kelly (AAA 16U Bonk) threw a complete 7 innings, allowing 6 hits, 2 runs, and striking out 12. Damian Kosempa (Marquette / Senior) continued his strong season, tossing 5.2 innings with just 2 hits allowed and 9 strikeouts. Ben Schroeder (17 Cardinal / Marquette) added 5 scoreless innings, allowing 3 hits and striking out 7.  

Kingston Grisolono (17U Cardinal) contributed 5 innings with 2 hits allowed, 1 run, and 6 strikeouts.

Collin Mueller (15U Cardinal) threw 7 innings, allowing no earned runs while striking out 8. Austin Arndt (15U White) added 6 scoreless innings with 6 strikeouts, while Daniel Anderson (AAA 17U DeMotto) recorded 3.2 scoreless innings with 6 strikeouts. Aaron Prusko (16U Cardinal) and Simon Fox (15U Cardinal) also contributed strong performances. 

At the plate, Ben Smet-Cooper (16U Cardinal) had a huge week, going 5-for-11 with a triple, 2 home runs, and 6 RBIs. Max Clark (15U Thompson) went 5-for-8 with a double, a home run, and 8 RBIs, while Bean Grosklaus (15U Thompson) finished 4-for-5 with three doubles and 2 RBIs. Simon Fox (15U Cardinal) added a 5-for-11 performance with a double, two triples, and 8 RBIs. Rell Nalbert (16U White) continued to swing it well, going 5-for-8 with three doubles.

Youth Prospects

Week 10 brought another exciting group of performances from our youth players, with several standout efforts at the plate and on the mound. 

At the plate, Calvin Lehnen (13U Cardinal) led the way, going 8-for-10 with a double, a home run, and 9 runs scored. Mason Hoeffler (13U Cardinal) had a big week as well, going 7-for-11 with two doubles, 2 home runs, and 6 RBIs. Joey Saia (AAA 14U Jacobson) went 6-for-7 with a double, a home run, and 4 RBIs, while Dylan Hall (13U Cardinal) finished 4-for-7 with two doubles and a home run. Beau Schur (14U Cardinal) added a 7-for-14 performance with three triples, and Maxwell Andresen (13U White) went 4-for-7 with a double and two triples. 

On the mound, Cooper Hildebrand (13U White) delivered a dominant outing, throwing 3 hitless innings while striking out 7. Jack Wians (14U Cardinal) added 5 innings with just 1 hit allowed, no earned runs, and 7 strikeouts. Vince Koeppel (13U Cardinal) contributed 4 innings with just 1 hit allowed and no runs, while Jace Kinziger (AAA 13U Kinziger) threw 4 scoreless innings with 3 strikeouts.
