High School Prospects

Week 11 featured another strong collection of performances from our high school players, highlighted by dominant pitching and productive weeks at the plate. 

Leading the way this week were Cooper Hall (16 Cardinal) and Carter Hoeffler (16 Cardinal).
Hall delivered 5 scoreless innings, allowing just 3 hits while striking out 6. Hoeffler was equally impressive, throwing 5 innings with just 3
hits allowed, 1 run, and 8 strikeouts. 

On the mound, several players turned in outstanding performances. Will Reuling (17 Sobczak) tossed a complete 9 innings, allowing 5 hits, 2 runs, and striking out 7. Mikey Hemme (15 Vollman) was dominant over 9 scoreless innings, surrendering just 4 hits while recording 11 strikeouts.  

Caleb Uutala (17 Sobczak) added 7 strong innings with only 2 hits and 1 run allowed, while Kingston Grisolono (17 Cardinal) threw 5 scoreless innings with 4 strikeouts.

Noah Schaar (15 White) contributed 6 scoreless innings, and Luke Johns (16 White) delivered 4 hitless, scoreless innings. Erik Muresan (15 Thompson) and Lucas Reinheimer (15 Thompson) also turned in scoreless outings, while Simon Fox (15 Cardinal) and Easton Engel (15 Cardinal) combined for 6 hitless innings and 9 strikeouts. 

At the plate, Charlie Weist (16 Cardinal) had a huge week, going 8-for-14 with a double, a home run, and 6 RBIs. Max Kostowicz (16 Cardinal) matched the production, finishing 8-for-14 with 7 runs scored and 7 stolen bases. Brendan Ramsey (15 Cardinal) delivered one of the biggest offensive performances of the week, going 4-for-5 with a home run and 7 RBIs.  

Logan Langkamp (17 Sobczak) went 6-for-11 with two doubles, while Ollie Corry (17 Sobczak) added a 6-for-12 week with a double. Zayn Azzaline (15 Thompson) went 6-for-9 with a double and a triple, Cameron Dibb (15 Thompson) finished 7-for-12 with a double, Leo Frank (15 Vollman) collected 6 hits in 10 at-bats with three doubles, and Rocco Fucile (16 White) went 5-for-8 with a double. 

Youth Prospects

Week 11 brought another exciting set of performances from our youth players, with standout contributions both at the plate and on the mound. 

At the plate, Maxwell Andresen (13 White) put together one of the top performances of the week, going 10-for-12 with a double and two triples. Max Lowry (12 Cardinal) had a huge week as well, going 9-for-15 with a double and 2 home runs. Sawyer Kolch (14 South) continued his strong season, going 8-for-14 with three doubles, while Calvin Ochsner (12 Cardinal) went 7-for-12 and swiped 4 bases.

Quinn Friedl (14 McIntyre) added a 5-for-8 performance with two doubles, Everett Zilm (11 White) launched 2 home runs, Brayden Blong (13 White) went 6-for-10 with a triple, and Ben Ewig (14 White) finished 6-for-11 with a double.

Tucker Jahns (13 Cardinal) also contributed at the plate, going 5-for-10 with two triples. 

On the mound, Tyler Schrader (14 Cardinal) delivered a dominant no-hit performance, throwing 7 innings with 5 strikeouts. Seth Knapp (14 South)
contributed on both sides of the ball, going 7-for-10 at the plate
while also throwing 7 innings, allowing just 3 hits and no runs. Alex Bogenshutz (11 White) added 4.1 innings with 7 strikeouts, Caleb Ruppel (13 Cardinal) threw 5 innings with just 1 run allowed, and Jacob Hefter (13 White) contributed 4 scoreless innings. 

Our Prospects alumni continue to make an impact at the professional and collegiate summer levels. 

Nate Snead (Rocket City Trash Pandas) turned in another dominant outing, throwing 6 innings while allowing just 1 hit and 1 run, striking out 6. 

Max Alba (Erie SeaWolves) added 5 innings with 5 hits allowed, 2 runs, and 5 strikeouts. 

Kyle Alivo (Harbor Hawks) added two starts this week, throwing 8 scoreless innings while allowing just 2 hits and striking out 8. His performance earned him Cape Cod League Pitcher of the Week honors.
